Rouching at the bust enhances the panel detail on the front of the dress and a cute knotted peek-a-boo detail on the back. The matching blazer is in the same cotton poly blend fabric as the dress and does up with a single button at the waist. Both pieces are in excellent condition and are great worn together or separate.
